Technical Support Specialist with German

Описание на длъжността


  • Handling contacts promptly and professionally and ensure delivery of all SLAs
  • Creating a Ticket for new contacts into the Ticketing Management Systems
  • Identifying and resolve Customers’ request, problem or incident using the relevant knowledge base tools and other technical resources
  • Following best practice ticket management processes, i.e. ensuring tickets owned are handled and updated daily and every effort is made to deliver service levels
  • Fully documenting every ticket as per the internal quality assurance standards
  • Participating in all internal meetings and feedback sessions
  • Complying with all internal ticket management processes
  • Collaborating with other team members to provide high quality support

  • Fluency in German and have good English skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communicating skills with customers
