• Build and develop a flexible recruiting team, managing external/internal company hiring • Coach and mentor recruiters to successfully achieve objectives and enhance recruiting skills. • Identify marketing/sourcing channels to maintain a pipeline of applicants. • Develop, communicate, and execute recruiting plans. • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees. • Conduct regular follow-up to understand the Hiring managers’ needs, establish strong relationships and align our strategy with the needs of the business. • Lead global / regional recruiting projects as needed. • Adhere to the rules and regulations of the company.
