Contribution and key responsibilities:
Assigns resources, monitors the process and the implementation of all project tasks
Performs scope, stakeholder, schedule, risk and cost management
Develops strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Organizes project meetings and coordinates the documentation regarding decisions taken and upcoming activities
Plans project activities and manages agreements with external suppliers and related obligations
Monitors the implementation of projects, prepares reports and presentations
Monitors and controls UATs and prepares acceptance protocols for project closure
For efficiency and effective role performance:
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or Information Technology
2 years experience in project management (Banking knowledge will be considered as a strong advantage)
Experience with software tools as JIRA, MS Project or similar
Knowledge of PMI® PMBOK, SCRUM (Certification would be an advantage)
Microsoft Office knowledge
Fluent in English
Analytical, proactive, flexibile, team-work oriented
Good communication and presentation skills
