SAP systems - troubleshooting and problem removal; usage of SAP transactions; service- stop/restart; error log check
Database (MSSQL, Oracle) – troubleshooting, service/instance – stop/restart; Tablespace modification; work with wallets (Oracle Transparent Data Encryption (TDE))
Postfix/Exchange servers – troubleshoot; problem confirmation and ticket dispatch;
Server Hardware – general hardware failure diagnosis; opening and coordination of hardware cases with the corresponding HW and Data Centre teams;
Handle E-mails - Service requests are received via e-mail, which can result in opening of tickets;

High level of written and verbal German language;
Is able to research and find solutions when encounters unfamiliar technical situations
In-depth knowledge of: (Windows Server 2003/200,Linux RHEL/SuSe,HP-UX,Database (MSSQL, Oracle),SAP,Data Protector)
