SENIOR SOFTWARE PRODUCT MANAGER

The Senior Software Product Manager is a member of the Technology management team. He/she is responsible for leading ABRITES Product strategy development and implementation. Defines goals, strategies, plans and projects aimed at business growth, high customer satisfaction and efficient use of resources. Builds effective business relationships and works closely with all stakeholders and teams to identify the relevant business and customers needs, potential and existing issues and opportunities.

Responsibilities:
• Play a critical role related to identifying and attracting new customers, retaining existing ones and achieving high customer satisfaction by analyzing their needs and requirements and preparing assignments for the development and implementation of innovative software / hardware products or products with the best technological characteristics.
• Propose, support and participate in the implementation of strategic, technological or operational solutions that add value to the customers and the the business.
• Identify new customer segments, know the existing ones and prepare the corresponding value proposition for their attraction, retention and development. Explore new market opportunities for existing products.
• Prepare and suggest product / service development and implementation roadmaps and manages relevant operational plans.
• Monitors product life cycle and suggests extension / delisting strategies
• Analyze key indicators for the business performance of the products, including monitors profitability indicators and makes suggestions for effective product and customer management.
• Monitor, analyze and make proposals for solutions regarding both non-profitable and high-value customers.
• Conduct researches and analyzes:
o Customers' data, behavior and feedback
o Trends in the market, technology, products and services development
o Partnerships and competition,
o Company's business needs
• Present the generated market insights to the management and R&D teams for new product development. Apply knowledge, skills, tools and techniques in defining product assignments and executing projects related to the company's business development and growth.
• Develop project plans and take responsibility for effective management and completion of the assigned R&D projects (software and hardware for diagnostics of vehicles) on time and within the agreed budget, scope, and quality.
• Define, manage and implement projects from conceptual level to completion. Track project performance against defined goals. Prepare and regularly communicate progress and roadblocks to the stakeholders.
• Recognize and analyze problems, facilitate discussions and suggest solutions. Escalate when needed.
• Assist in performing risk management to minimize project risks.
Requirements:
• A university degree and at least 5 years of proven track record in software product/project management.
• PMP Certification or any other related PM certificate.
• Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
• Knows the specifics of the IT industry, as well as strategies for product positioning in the market. Knows IT project management principles and uses effectively different product/project management methodologies.
• Ability to get into details to ensure successful execution while understanding the strategic level impact of the work.
• Professional experience in the automotive area is advantage.
• Flexible and adaptive to new assignments, processes, methods, and tools.
• Accountability and agility.
• Strong planning and organization skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relations, problem-solving, and conflict management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively at all levels across the organization.
• English proficiency.
