Senior Financial Business Planning and Reporting Analyst

Job Purpose and Impact

The Financial and Reporting Analyst will deliver financial analysis input for business decision making and performance improvement opportunities to support business growth. In this role, you will contribute to the continuous process improvement on management reporting, report standardization and rationalization.

Key Accountabilities

  • Deliver effective financial and management reporting to support business decision making, including defining relevant business performance indicator and frequency, standardizing and optimizing management reporting, and preparing effective business performance analysis across the region.
  • Report the financial data to the Enterprise/Group/CFR on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis in time and with high level of accuracy, perform variance analyses and reconciliation between different reporting sources. 
  • Principal Accountabilities: Profitability Reporting [Estimate & Actual P&L for all product lines], SG&A costs and COGS analysis by functions & product lines, BS reporting and analysis of the KPIs- Return on Invested Capital (ROIC), Operating Working Capital, CAPEX etc.
  • Participate in the budget/forecast process for EMEA.
  • Partner with various stakeholders to deliver accurate data and reports and continuously improve management reporting effectiveness.
  • Тhe role implicates a lot of interaction and collaboration with Cargill EMEA locations.
  • Contribute and implement continuous process improvement, including simplifying and optimizing process, improving data integrity, and leveraging current technology.
  • Participate in different projects related to the improvement of reporting on EMEA level
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Изисквания за длъжността

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of three years of related work experience
  • Advanced data analytical skills using current spreadsheet or business intelligence tools.
  • Experience in leveraging financial and business systems to monitor business activities and aid in decision making.
  • Experience in working with multiple businesses or international businesses.
  • Fluency in English (writing, speaking, reading)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years of Management reporting, Controlling or Accounting working experience within a multinational company.
  • Proficiency knowledge of MS Excel (Experience with Power Query, Power pivot and Power BI).
  • SAP experience will be considered as an advantage
