Sales/Lead Generation Expert (SaaS)

Описание на длъжността

• Proactive approach to generate new business leads
• Presenting and demonstrating the value of our products and services to prospective buyers and customers
• Answer inbound inquiries from prospective customers
• Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs
• Update the CRM system and provide Inside Sales Support, including preparation of sales proposals and other relevant documents
• Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with the customers, to ensure their expansion and successful implementation
• Working with internal departments to deliver optimal customer experience and maximize the value of customer accounts

Изисквания за длъжността

• Entrepreneurial spirit -goal oriented, proactive, analytical, detail oriented, team player
• Fluent in written and spoken English•At least 1 years of experience in a similar position in the field of Sales, Account Management or Customer Success
• Self-starter with excellent time management skills
• Presentation skills and being comfortable to present over web meetings
• Proactive and self-organizing, even in a remote work setting

• Previous experience with Agile/Lean project management
• Second foreign language -German, Spanish
• Software as a Service work experience and/or knowledge of the software delivery model
