Job Description

REQUIREMENTS GATHERING & ANALYSIS

  • Carry out the extraction, formulation and manipulation of data to address business requirement.
  • Interpretation of analysis results.
  • Works as part of the team to understand the client’s requirements.

SOFTWARE CONFIGURATION

  • Configure Core DA software according to specifications under guidance of Solutions / Senior Solutions analyst where appropriate
  • Test software against specification to ensure the product operates as specified, and amend where appropriate.

SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE

  • Identify causes of software problems (at product or data level).
  • Solve problems which arise in the system collaborating with technical support if appropriate.

MANAGING CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS

  • Attend, support and contribute to client meetings, including presenting results, conclusions and recommendations in both written and verbal form.
  • Work with client personnel and/or other departments/divisions within Experian to interpret requirements and data and resolve product-related queries.

Qualifications

  • Experience of working in a customer focused business / technical support function is desirable
  • Ability to understand and troubleshoot web services environments
  • Highly motivated; consistently takes initiative; demonstrated ability to work independently with no supervision
  • Flexibility to travel in line with business needs
  • Need to be able to look at issues from a business perspective and then translate this into the technical application log
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Results driven and goal oriented
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • To be logically minded and to enjoy problem solving
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Additional language (Italian, Turkish, French, Polish) will be considered as great advantage
