YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily bank reconciliation, dunning, direct debit, refund
Unallocated items analysis & follow up
Credit management activities (order processing and credit profile analysis)
Dispute management (resolving claims from customers)
Dashboard & Scorecard KBIs analysis
Participation in improvement projects
Active cross-stream communication on complex queries
Ensuring compliance with CCH policies & procedure (execution of ICF & health checks; support to internal & external audit requirements)
Preparation, tracking & finalization of seasonal reviews
Performing monthly analysis for preventive assessment of the customers' credit risk
On-boarding of new-comers

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
University degree in Finance, Economics, or any other relevant field
2+ years of experience in a related finance position
Experience in an FMCG company or Shared Service Center would be a plus
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Experienced user of MS applications
Knowledge of SAP would be a plus
Ability to work with strict and tight deadlines
Action-oriented, with attention to detail and accuracy
Very good customer service skills, problem analysis, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in afternoon shifts (once per month)
