Our strategic focus is to deliver the best digital banking experience to our customers. We do believe, that the mobile banking is, and will become more and more, a primary channel for daily banking. In order to support additionally the future transformation of our mobile banking Bulbank Mobile, we are currently looking for a creative and innovative person, who will join the team on the position of Mobile banking development associate.
You will be able to become part of a team which is fully dedicated to the development of the mobile banking (Bulbank Mobile), working in fully agile environment and project management principals;
Participating in all related projects and initiatives for the development and optimization of the mobile banking;
Dealing with the creation of business requirements, user stories, etc., for new and modification of existing services and functionalities within Bulbank Mobile (and Bulbank Online);
Performing all related UATs as per the delivery roadmap, while coordinating the implementation of new and modification of existing products and services, with the relevant supporting units in the bank;
Working closely with the Product Owner and Room Lead of the mobile banking team, covering the whole lifecycle of a single development – from initiation phase, till the implementation on sprints basis.
Following clearly, with the right priority and focus the agreed delivery roadmap (backlog with functionalities);
Monitoring the reviews and ratings of Bulbank Mobile in the application stores (App Store and Google Play);
Be proactive in proposing ideas of how Bulbank Mobile to continue be #1 choice of the customers.
Passion for innovations and strong interest towards technological development within the banking world;
University degree in Economics/Business;
1 or more years of experience in development of mobile banking/digital channels/online sales;
Fluency in English;
Experience in project management and process design will be considered as an advantage;
