We from Bader Bulgaria, as part of BADER - one of the biggest luxury interior manufacturers for the automotive industry in the world, would like to grow our team in Ruse, Bulgaria.

We are looking to hire a Head of Planning production in regards to the expansion of our business. Our clients are leading car manufacturers such as BMW, Mercedes, Audi, etc.

Your main tasks will be:

• Managing the production planning and work preparation department in an efficient manner;
• Planning multistage JIT production processes and the corresponding resources and coordinating production schedules with the responsible managers and staff;
• Monitoring and managing the production progress to identify potentials, conflicts and bottlenecks and adjust where necessary;
• Preparing production and capacity forecasts for the top management;
• Taking part in lean management and continuously improving projects to optimize processes;
• Implementing lean processes in coordination with the COO and experts from other BADER facilities.

You are the perfect candidate for us if you have:

• University degree;
• 5+ years of experience as a production planner in a multistage JIT production;
• The ability to work in an independent and proactive manner;
• The ability to create and lead a well-functioning team;
• Good communication skills to effectively interact with both the top management and the workers on the shop floor;
• The ability to multitask and effectively organize and prioritize workload;
• Experience in using SAP PP and MS-Office;
• English language skills (B2 or better) are a must, German language skills are appreciated;
• The ability to travel within Europe for training and workshops.
