We are expanding our teams and we are looking for First Level Technical Support
If you are motivated person who want to learn and grow in the FinTech space the position will give you a great career opportunity to learn and start in a fast-growing company.
- Communication with clients and 3rd parties;
- First level technical troubleshooting and triage;
- Daily checks and reports;
- Monitoring of incoming requests via email or tickets.
We’re looking for:
- Very good command in English;
- Responsible person that can always understand the needs of others;
- You can listen, investigate and pinpoint the source of the problem Then fix it
- Passionate, willing to learning A-Z about Paynetics' systems and grow knowledge of the FinTech world;
- Being able to work in an international environment, by coordinating with multiple teams, 3rd parties and customers.
