Fab Support Specialist

Описание на длъжността

Candidates will support the Program Managers & Application Engineers validating the parts forecast, ensuring that everything`s shipped on time and all system documentation is in order such that the prototype parts will not be delayed due to any logistical issues. Candidates will also create & enter data into standardized documentation templates.

Изисквания за длъжността

  • Daily review of Work in Progress accounting between spreadsheets & GF systems 
  • Interface with Customer Service Representatives, Fab Planners, & logistics teams correct any errors found prior to parts reaching the next gate.
  • Create Power BI reports to consolidate data for managing Fab Services across GlobalFoundries
  • Answer customer cases ensuring that issues/ obstacles/ questions get resolved, directly or if required, by engaging internal experts. 
  • Create Application Note documentation for GF postfab services and foundry customers 
  • Overcome internal system/communication limitations through persistency, identifying and driving towards applicable solution.
  • Proactively support GF system improvements by identifying weaknesses & proposing solutions. 
  • Perform all activities in a safe ad responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs 

Required Qualifications:

  • Language Fluency in English (Written & Verbal) 
  • Microsoft Office proficiency 
  • Meticulous attention to detail 
  • Flexibility / ability to learn new systems / software / tasks 
  • Highly motivated individual with initiative and ability to routinely work independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
