We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. You will be part of a team working on one of the most promising SaaS platforms for the automation of the financial function for SMEs. It provides managers/CFOs of SMEs with a financial cockpit allowing them to have a 360 ° view of their activity while offering advanced automation and payment functionalities.

Understand the expectations of new customers by working with the Sales team.
Manage the technical setup and configuration of their environment and ensure the proper ownership of the service.
Solve customer issues.
Meet regularly with existing customers, build a relationship of trust by understanding their needs, and ensure a good user experience.
Collaborate with the “Product” teams to help prioritize the development.
Develop an accounting culture to be a credible and privileged interlocutor of clients (Chartered Accountants and members of Financial Departments).
Experience in customer service with knowledge/interests in accounting or accounting experience with interests in customer care service. (2 years minimum required).
Fluency in French.
Very good English.

Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize time effectively.
