The Commercial Operations Team performs a vital role in the success of the commercial model, taking responsibility for ensuring all contractual agreements are accurately translated into billing schedules, thereby ensuring accurate billing across the UK&I business.
It is the responsibility of the team to facilitate accurate client billing by translating contractual agreements into robust billing schedules for new contracts, as well as monitoring and maintaining the schedules for existing contracts to ensure continued ‘right-first-time’ billing. Rapid detection and resolution of pricing and billing issues is of key importance, using strong relationships with the UK Service and Billing team to ensure we have robust processes and controls to govern the billing process.
