Ref Number Change Management Communications Expert/Associate, CIB
Изисквания за длъжността
Support in the creation and execution of the CIB Change management communication pipeline, assisting strategic decision-making and Go-to-Market process ;
Participation in the development and improvements of an effective business and service model in the Corporate and Investment Banking incl. its Subsidiaries (CIB) area as well as organizing and delivering of successful external and internal communication campaigns;
Assisting in improvement of the efficiency of the CIB internal processes and organization;
Management of regular business related product sales campaigns – Business initiatives, Contests etc.;
Organization and adoption of organizational changes in CIB area through effective and on-time internal communication and all needed relevant marketing materials and effective stakeholder management;
Coordination and monitoring of customer satisfaction surveys and monitoring of the customer expectations as well as creation of follow-up strategies;
Identification of areas for customer satisfaction surveys, concept development and realization;
Running of surveys and other initiatives in order to boost CIB CX enhancement – incl. UX/ UI improvement in the digital platforms for legal entities.
Education and qualifications: Bachelor degree in Economics, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, IT or other relevant;
Professional experience: min 3 years in the field of marketing, finance or business / strategy development or innovations;
Change management knowledge and understanding;
Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills;
Strong problem-solving, attention to details and analytical skills;
Fluent English language knowledge;
Very good computer skills – MS Office - Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word.
