Creating and defining the strategy for the ATM business of the Bank;
Constant monitoring over the main KPIs which are related to the ATM network of the bank, while taking specific actions in order to ensure their achievement and high quality of the service;
Deep involvement of the proper distribution of the ATM network within the country – devices positioned within physical locations of the bank and outside them;
Following the strategy of the bank to have the clear vision of how the ATM network should be segmented in terms of cash-in and cash-out devices;
Having a clear ownership in the budgeting process (incl. the execution) regarding АТМ goals and levels of adoption;
Monitoring on a regular basis the ATM trends, having a very good understanding of the specific АТМ landscape in Bulgaria and abroad;
Keeping close and constant communication with ATM vendors/suppliers/servicing institutions.;
Responsible for the proper ATM Lifecycle Management, engaging other key units within the bank.
Passion for innovations and strong interest towards technological development within the banking world;
University degree in Business/Economics or related field;
1 or more years of experience on similar position (e.g. in a bank, fintech, etc.), preferably having a business development background. Knowledge for ATM types, models and technical specs would be considered as a strong advantage;
Good command of English – written and spoken;
Very good analytical skills, proactive person, able to coordinate and engage people in order to get their support;
Good knowledge of the digital channels market, with focus over sales activities and transactions migration.
Capability and desire to work in a dynamic environment;
Excellent computer skills. Experienced in working with MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
