Account Manager

In This Role You Will:

  • Identify clients’ needs, assemble cross-functional teams to address those needs, and manage those activities through to completion
  • Implement strategic actions in coordination with team leaders of the projects and participate in the development of projects
  • Build strong partnerships and maintain communication with clients
  • Submit sales plans and prepare sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs to reach nominated targets
  • Monitor client and teams satisfaction in close collaboration with Management executives & team leaders
  • Grow existing accounts by both cross-selling and upselling
  • Support our global business development team by working closely with them regarding new opportunities for the Bulgarian market
  • Support the commercial process by participating in the elaboration of plannings, documentation, legal and statutory compliance
  • Monitors execution of targets and undertake actions to meet them
  • Reporting of activities

Изисквания за длъжността

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • experience with CRM software and MS Office.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Experience managing support provision to existing clients.
  • Strong experience in offshoring and outsourcing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent English.
  • French is an advantage.
