Acceptance Support Analyst

Our portfolio includes eWallet (Phyre, A1 Wallet, Pay by Vivacom, and others), the world’s first application, which turns any Android NFC-enabled device into a POS terminal without any additional hardware (PHOS), the first ApplePay and GooglePay card in Bulgaria and many others.
We are expanding and we are looking for a responsible and motivated professional for the position of Acceptance Support Analyst
The ideal candidate is an energetic person in their 2+ year of their professional career. We are looking for someone with a very positive attitude, resilience when problems arise, who is willing and eager to learn about payments & build new skills in a fintech setting.

Изисквания за длъжността

Main Responsibilities: 

  • First point of contact for clients and partners;
  • Manage communications with clients and partners and create trustful and strong relationship;
  • Handle communication messages to partners, clients and vendors ;
  • Manage the acquiring platform, provide support to partners, merchants and internal teams;
  • Technical investigation and improvements ;
  • Assist partners and clients with financial reporting and account overview;  
  • Check and investigate transactions​ declines;
  • Connection Interruptions checks and improvements;
  • Investigation, communication with all parties involved and making the suggestions for improvements;
  • Partake in internal technical projects;
  • Produce Wallet transactions reporting to clients, partners and internal teams; ​
  • Manage communication with internal teams, banks, card schemes , partners and clients; ​​
  • Manage and maintain the documentation;
  • Provide feedback and regular reporting on areas of responsibility ​.

Minimum Requirements & Skillset: 

  • 2+ years in a Customer Service function or Financial/Fintech industry;
  • Long-term oriented team player;
  • Eagerness to learn & develop new skills;
  • Positive attitude & resilience;
  • Fluent in English. Preferred:
  • Experience working with ticketing system;
  • Technical background;
  • Willingness to take shifts .
