We are currently looking for Software Lifecycle Manager with German to join a newly created team of professionals!

Responsibilities:

  • Support of applications in the Windows client environment, e.g. Adobe Acrobat, Firefox, Oracle JRE
  • Coordination of features and configurations with the application owner
  • Requesting new software packages, performing tests, and acceptance of packages
  • Planning and requesting deployments and software rollouts
  • Creating documentation and maintaining databases
  • Follow-up of rollouts
  • Troubleshooting
  • 3rd level support (incidents, problems and service requests)
  • Customer consulting

Изисквания за длъжността

Requirements:

  • Desired degree: Education in the field of information technology or comparable
  • Experience in the administration of Windows 10 and standard applications
  • Good understanding of software products
  • Experience in the topics SCCM/MECM, PowerShell, GPO, software packaging advantageous
  • Experience in the use of ticket tools
  • ITIL knowledge
