YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the end-to-end standard MTC management processes across the Coca-Cola Hellenic business.
Ensure complete and correct representation of receivables throughout the effective collection and dispute management.
Oversee judgment on credit limits, levels of risk, and payment terms of customers.
Manage team performance through metrics and key performance indicators, to ensure targets are achieved.
Encourage successful people development and engagement.
Ensure knowledge preservation - all relevant process flows, and knowledge materials are reviewed, updated, and communicated in adherence with the knowledge management process.
Maintain effective internal & external stakeholders’ collaboration. Work to achieve top quality standards as benchmarked against Best-In-Class Shared Services.
Ensures best in class MTC key process indicators.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
University degree in finance, economics, or any other relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of finance account management experience, preferably gained within FMCG & multinational company.
Experience in people management of several years.
Excellent command of English – both written and verbal
Experience of ERP is essential, and knowledge of SAP is advantage.
Exposure to complex projects requiring multi-functional team working.
Drive for results, customer focus and managing diversity.
Good time management.
