Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Participates in daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly accounting close processes - oversees the close of accounting activities and ensures all results are submitted on time;
• Reconciles and tracks account balances;
• Calculates and posts accruals and provisions;
• Provides data and reports to external and internal stakeholders;
• Prepares reports and calculations for annual tax returns;
• Prepares and submits information, data and reports to tax and customs authorities;
• Verifies and reviews tax depreciation plans;
• Prepares VAT, VIES, Intrastats and other reports for NRA, NSI and BNB.

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance and Accounting;
• Previous experience in Accounting - at least 4-5 years;
• Previous experience working with SAP;
• Computer literacy, MS Office advanced skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluent English (written & verbal);
• Previous experience in a construction company is considered an advantage;
• Experience in preparing references and analyses is considered an advantage.
