MAIN CHALLENGES:
• Coordinate gap analyses and monitor action plans for implementation of credit risk standards requirements in local documents and systems;
• Follow up on changes in credit related documentation;
• Participate in the execution of deep dives (collection and analysis of data on credit activities);
• Support and guide internal stakeholders on credit risk related topics, incl. monitoring of credit risk limits and caps;
• Prepare draft advices and materials for consultation with management;
• Communicate with local and Group management and regulatory bodies;
• Participate in the process of internal control scoring;
• Support the preparation of capital adequacy analyses and predictions.
THE PERFECT CANDIDATE HAS:
• Higher economic education or at least three completed years of study in one of the following areas: Finance, Economics, Business Administration or other relevant area
• Knowledge of the credit process, credit products and macroeconomy
• Acquaintance with the regulatory framework in the credit area
• Computer literacy: Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint (use of SQL is a plus)
• Very good command of English
• Analytical capabilities
