In regulatory risk compliance at PwC, you will focus on confirming adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigating risks for clients. You will provide guidance on compliance strategies and help clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes.

For our Risk & Regulatory team, we are looking for you to join us as a Manager Risk Management Banks (f/m/d) as soon as possible.  

What you can expect:  

Area of responsibility - As part of our team, you will support the most important national and international banks, FinTechs, and numerous other financial institutions in consulting projects or on-site missions.  

Main tasks - You will assume project responsibility and management tasks to support our clients, for example, methods and processes in risk management, in the lending or trading business, in the development and implementation of models, as well as at the interface with IT.  

Diversity of topics - In your main area of expertise, you will support your clients and deal with current topics from practice and research (e.g., Asset Quality Reviews, ESG risks, AI in risk modeling and validation, Basel IV, crypto, tokenization, and much more).  

Leadership responsibility - As a manager, you and your employees will continuously develop professionally and personally and, with your specialist expertise, contribute to our joint corporate success as part of the globally recognized PwC network.  

What you bring with you:  

• You have successfully completed your studies in economics, natural sciences, or structural sciences (mathematics, computer science).  

• You have several years of professional and project experience in risk management and can provide relevant project references, as well as ideally some initial management experience. Projects with national banks / other regulators would be considered preferred (such as Asset Quality Reviews, On-site mission, Credit risk inspections etc.) 

• You have a robust professional network that you continuously maintain and develop. 

• You enjoy taking initiative and can approach complex tasks in a structured manner and solve them pragmatically using your analytical, quantitative, and conceptual skills.

• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. German language will be considered a bonus.
