Contribution and key responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute the delivery of customer communications via digital channels (push notifications, email, SMS, Viber), based on internal requests from various business units
Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for mobile and online banking usage and propose data-backed initiatives to boost customer engagement and product adoption
Build and manage targeted customer segments based on behaviour, demographics, and other criteria, to support personalized campaigns and strategic outreach
Participate in cross-functional projects focused on the development and positioning of digital channels
Collaborate closely with teams across Marketing, Retail, IT, and other departments to ensure effective campaign implementation and project execution
Utilize databases and BI tools to extract, process, and interpret complex data sets, transforming them into actionable business insights
Monitor industry trends, competitive digital offerings, and best practices in digital banking and omnichannel communications
For efficiency and effective role performance:
University degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field
At least 1 year of professional experience in data analysis, digital marketing, CRM, or customer communication roles
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Knowledge in BI Tool - Tableau
Knowledge of SQL and/or PL/SQL
Strategic thinking and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset
Experience working with campaign management platforms and mass communication tools is a plus
