Customer Support Specialist with German and English
Job description
Provide response to initial customer complaints
Manage seat assignments and scheduling changes
Provide information regarding rules and regulations
Handle incoming requests and gathering details about luggage logistics
Update our partner’s customers for their flight status during weather/tech delays
Escalate the cases to the relevant Specialist Group when needed
Job requirements
· Fluent command of German and English (both verbal and written), Level B2 · Previous experience on similar role is an advantage · Previous experience in customer support is an advantage
