The complex includes 4 row houses in the village of Belashtitsa:

The two end houses – 170 sq.m each, with 2 parking spaces each

The two middle houses – 155 sq.m each, with 1 parking space each
Each house has 3 bedrooms, a panoramic view, a 2-meter veranda, and an attic for storage.
Each house comes with a yard of approximately 150 sq.m.

Construction stage

Currently, the construction is at the stage of building the columns before the first slab.

Completion deadlines

Act 14 – by the end of 2025 (before New Year)

Act 16 – at the beginning of 2026

Payment schemes

Upon signing the preliminary contract – 10–15%

Upon issuance of Act 14 – 30–45%

Upon issuance of Act 16 – the remaining amount

Discount: for 100% payment (cash) – €5000.

Prices

End houses (170 sq.m) – €220,000

Middle houses (155 sq.m) – €200,000

Additional options

At the client’s request, changes in the layout of the premises or other individual requirements can be discussed.
