In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing store layouts to enhance product visibility, improve customer flow, and maximize sales potential. YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
• Optimal space planning in compliance with company requirements and corporate principles;
• Constant optimization of the available planograms, development and implementation of the necessary criteria;
• Timely preparation of the necessary planograms for new loading and reloading, listing and delisting;
• Supporting the optimal information and organizational processes in the field of space management between the Trade Department and the Sales Department.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Business or economics education;
• Professional experience in a similar position - 2 years;
• Very good computer skills (MS Office);
• Good knowledge of English (German will be considered as an advantage);
• Good analytical and organizational skills;
• Excellent negotiation skills, dealing with conflict situations;
•Active driver.
