Sales Dealer Network Coordinator
Your main responsibilities will be:
Manage, coordinate, and support the entire dealer sales network.
Implement the company's sales strategy in line with established sales objectives and business plans.
Plan, monitor, and optimize sales performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Drive the achievement of ambitious sales targets and contribute to the long-term growth of the dealer network.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealer partners and sales agents.
Establish, maintain, and continuously improve sales standards across the network.
Monitor market developments, customer trends, and competitor activities, providing insightful analyses and recommendations.
Develop and execute marketing initiatives designed to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.
Organize, coordinate, and support training and development programs for dealer partners.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted business partner to the dealer network.
We are looking for:
University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or another relevant field.
Proven experience in automotive sales, dealer development, or network management.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify, analyze, and capitalize on market opportunities.
Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for results.
Excellent organizational, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
Advanced Excel skills and excellent command of MS Office applications.
Willingness to travel frequently throughout the country.
Genuine passion for the automotive industry and emerging mobility trends.
Valid Category B driving license.
