The bank is well known for its innovative and digital banking approach. ProCredit Bank Bulgaria first implemented 24/7 zones with all types of cash machines that provide full self service to its clients, even outside the bank’s working hours.

ProCredit Bank is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Expert Cash Management for our team in Sofia.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor all cash machines in 24/7 self service zones, ensuring continuous operation, early detection of irregularities, and timely resolution of technical issues
• Handle and resolve customer requests related to ATMs, cash in machines, and other cash processing channels, providing accurate guidance and support
• Collaborate with external suppliers, participating in meetings, negotiations, and project discussions aimed at improving the quality, reliability, and efficiency of cash operations
• Control, evaluate, and enhance the performance of ATMs and cash-in machines, identifying improvement areas and supporting implementation of corrective actions
• Develop, update, and maintain internal documentation, including work procedures, instructions, and practical manuals
• Ensure full compliance with all applicable regulatory frameworks, internal policies, and legal procedures related to cash operations

Main requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Banking, or related field
• Fluency in English and Bulgarian
• Strong understanding of banking technologies and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
• A responsible approach to daily tasks, with strong attention to detail
• A desire to learn and develop
