We are looking for a Microsoft Cloud & AI Engineer to play a key role in the development of our cloud platform and the implementation of innovative AI solutions.
 

This role combines:

• Classical cloud infrastructure (Azure / Microsoft 365)
• Modern data and AI platforms (Microsoft Fabric)
• Next-generation automation using Copilot Studio and AI agents

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure
• Administer and manage Microsoft 365 (Entra ID / Azure AD, Exchange, Intune)
• Implement and support solutions using:

1. Microsoft Fabric (data pipelines, analytics, integration)
2. Copilot Studio (AI copilots development and maintenance)
3. AI agents and automation scenarios

• Deploy, configure, and support Copilot and related AI services
• Develop AI-driven automation workflows and orchestration
• Participate in cloud and data/AI transformation initiatives
• Implement security, identity, and compliance policies
• Optimize performance, cost, and availability of cloud resources
• Automate processes using PowerShell and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Support incident management, including root cause analysis and prevention

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft cloud technologies
• Hands-on experience with:

1. Microsoft Azure (compute, networking, storage)
2. Entra ID / Azure AD
3. Microsoft 365 platform
4. Microsoft Fabric or similar data platforms
5. Copilot / AI solutions in the Microsoft ecosystem
6. Copilot Studio and AI agents
7. Automation platforms and orchestration tools

• Strong automation skills (PowerShell is required)
• Solid understanding of:

1. Networking and security
2. Identity and access management
3. Backup and disaster recovery

• Analytical mindset and ability to work in complex environments
• Good command of English
