ERP Support Specialist

Our IT Department is expanding, and we’re looking for a committed and driven ERP Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide functional support for our ERP systems, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with users and developers to ensure smooth operations and continuous system improvement.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot application and user errors in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate with end-users to analyze and define new functional requirements.
• Work closely with the development team to design, test, and implement new functionalities.
• Provide training to end-users and support IT team members.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver training materials and documentation.
• Monitor data integrity and implement controls to prevent inconsistencies.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations related to data management, including security, audit, and privacy standards.
• Manage user access rights across systems, ensuring appropriate permissions based on roles.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• University degree in Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of systems analysis and IT principles.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (NAV, AX2012, D365) or other ERP/business software.
• Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., QlikView, Power BI, Tableau).
• QA experience or certification is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English – both written and spoken.
