Hamzi El-Zein is looking for a new team member.

Your daily routine would include:

• Designing and implementing new features end-to-end within a cross-functional squad, following design patterns and good practices.
• Investigating and fixing bugs in existing features across backend services.
• Participating in code reviews — both giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Designing and maintaining database schemas while ensuring data integrity across changes.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience developing with C# .NET Framework.
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP .NET MVC, SQL, Web API, and REST.
• Hands-on knowledge of C# ORMs and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MSSQL or other).
• Experience with distributed caching and distributed locking strategies.
• Communication skills — you can clearly explain what you're working on and raise concerns without being asked.
• A proactive mindset — you look ahead, spot issues early, and move things forward without waiting to be told.
• Fluent English – written and spoken.
