HR Business Partner 



We are looking for a motivated and proactive HR Business Partner to join our client’s growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who is passionate about talent acquisition, employee engagement, workforce planning, and people development. The role combines strategic HR initiatives with hands-on recruitment and employee lifecycle management, including coordination of international hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Participate in workforce planning and forecasting staffing needs across the organization.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline and candidate database.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

  • Establish and maintain partnerships with universities, educational institutions, and recruitment agencies nationwide.

 

Employee Experience & Development

  • Coordinate onboarding and integration programs for new employees.

  • Support employee retention, engagement, and development initiatives.

  • Participate in performance appraisal processes and prepare analytical reports based on evaluation results.

  • Monitor key HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.

  • Propose and implement measures to reduce employee turnover.

  • Analyze employee engagement and motivation levels and contribute to initiatives that enhance workplace culture.

  • Organize training programs and employee development activities.

 

International Recruitment & Mobility

  • Participate in the recruitment and hiring of non-EU nationals.

  • Coordinate administrative procedures related to international hiring.

  • Communicate with candidates and institutions regarding visas, work permits, and residence permits.

  • Prepare, compile, and submit documentation to relevant authorities and institutions.

  • Coordinate mandatory documentation, including employment contracts, insurance, translations, and legalization processes.

  • Support foreign employees during relocation and their arrival in Bulgaria.

  • Coordinate accommodation arrangements and registration procedures.

  • Monitor the validity and renewal deadlines of residence and work-related documents.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

  • Solid understanding of HR practices, labor legislation, and recruitment processes.

  • English proficiency at minimum B1 level.

  • Advanced computer literacy, including MS Office, Internet, and business applications.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

  • Team-oriented approach and collaborative working style.

  • Proactive attitude with a results-driven mindset.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
