Senior Associate Lawyer (Real Estate & Construction)

This is an exciting opportunity to join the integrated Real Estate & Construction team at a top-tier international law firm as part of the group’s continued growth.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal due diligence on real estate assets and transactions;
• Draft and review Due Diligence Reports and related documentation;
• Advise on real estate regulations, leasing, planning, and construction matters;
• Support projects related to property management, administration, and restructuring;
• Collaborate with clients and international teams on cross-border matters;
• Deliver high-quality legal services within deadlines.

Requirements:

• Strong academic legal background;
• Experience in drafting Due Diligence Reports;
• Background in Real Estate & Construction law;
• Excellent English (written and spoken);
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills;
• Proactive, adaptable, and motivated to grow.
