Accounting Manager RTR

We are currently looking for highly motivated and talented professionals to join our team in the position - Accounting Manager RTR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of R2R specialists and accountants
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with IFRS/local GAAP and internal controls
• Review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reports
• Act as the main point of contact for German-speaking markets
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as P2P, O2C, Controlling, and Audit
• Prepare and support internal/external audits as required
• Monitor KPIs and ensure service delivery meets SLA targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in R2R / General Ledger, including 1–2 years in a leadership role
• Strong command of English
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial close processes as well as transition processes expertise
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
