Product Engineer – Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

For one of our trusted clients – a leading company with a robust presence in both national and international markets, we are seeking a Product Engineer - Electrical / Mechanical Engineering. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders, contributing to projects that have a significant impact on our business and client satisfaction.

 
Main Responsibilities: 

• Plan and coordinate production engineering processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with internal standards
• Manage new product introduction (NPI), prototypes, and product transfers
• Create and maintain work instructions, production routes, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) in the ERP system
• Develop and update technical documentation and product specifications
• Identify production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
• Provide support to production teams and deliver training based on technical documentation
• Collaborate closely with R&D and cross-functional teams
• Support testing, validation, and certification processes

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical)
• Previous experience is advantage
• CAD and ERP knowledge
• Good English (written & spoken)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
