Role insights:

• Monitor and identify problems in the platforms providing voice and data services in the mobile Core network.
• Perform 1st level of support, including initiasl diagnostics, troubleshooting and escalation of incidents and failures in mobile Core network.
• Prepare reports on the operability of the mobile part of the network.

What makes you unique:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science or "Information Technologies" or other  related to technical field.
• General knowledge in the field of mobile networks and technologies for the transmission of voice services and data services.
• Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
