Tenyu Stoyvnov is looking for a new team member.

Your daily routine would include:

• In coordination with the business units you capture, clarify and structure their data and reporting needs — turning often incomplete or high-level requests into clear, actionable requirements for DWH & BI developers.
• You form the interface between the business and technical sides — balancing business value, feasibility and effort — so the team builds the right thing, the first time.
• You document requirements, data flows and process logic so developers can implement with minimal ambiguity and rework.
• You actively bring in suggestions for improvement and in coordination with various stakeholders , you give practical recommendations for action within the team and across teams.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• In-depth, hands-on experience as a Business Analyst.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to liaise with staff at all levels in the organization.
• Excellent research, analysis and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to take incomplete, unstructured business requests and quickly recognize connections, put them in the right context, and derive concrete requirements and measures from them.
• A good understanding of BI and reporting concepts — how data is structured and consumed for reporting and analytics.
• Comfortable working with data to explore and validate requirements; hands-on SQL or experience with BI/reporting tools is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail without losing the big picture.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is a must.
• Experience with Windows & MS Office.
