BI & Analytics Developer

Role Purpose:

We are looking for a BI & Analytics Developer who is passionate about data, reporting, and business intelligence. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other BI technologies.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.

• Build and optimize data models, semantic models, and reporting datasets.

• Develop and maintain SQL queries, views, and data transformations.

• Support the evolution of our enterprise data warehouse and analytics platform.

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance across reporting solutions.

• Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide end-user support when required.

• Participate in BI modernization initiatives, including cloud analytics and Microsoft Fabric adoption.

• Create and maintain technical documentation and reporting standards.
  
  Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Experience developing reports and dashboards with Power BI or similar BI platforms.

• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.

• Understanding of data modeling concepts (star schema, dimensions, facts, measures).

• Experience working with data warehouses, ETL/ELT processes, or analytics platforms.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, QlikView, Qlik Sense, Cognos, or similar technologies is considered an advantage.

• Knowledge of DAX and Power Query is a strong plus.
