Georgi Lakovski is looking for a new team member.

Your daily routine would include:

• Focus on implement, configure, and maintain IP/MPLS Internet backbone and edge network infrastructures.
• Participate in complex, international service provider and Internet service delivery projects.
• Conduct fault isolation, troubleshooting, and performance analysis across IP/MPLS and Internet transit/peering environments.
• Perform software and hardware upgrades on Cisco and Nokia equipment.
• Coordinate operational tasks with cross-functional teams, field engineers, and customers.
• Plan and execute network migrations, capacity upgrades, and routing optimizations.
• Support the operation cyber security DDoS detection and mitigation systems (Arbor, Radware, or similar).

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• Minimum 1 year of working networking experience.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco and/or Nokia/Juniper.
• Certifications or equivalent knowledge level: CCNA or CCNP.
• Practical experience with key service provider protocols/technologies:
  • Layer 2/3 switching.
  • OSPF, BGP.
  • MPLS L3VPN, L2VPN.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of service provider network architecture, Internet routing, and global Internet operations.
• Familiarity with Internet components such as:
  • RIPE NCC resources (ASN, IPv4/IPv6 allocations).
  • Peering and transit fundamentals.
• Experience with DDoS detection and mitigation platforms.
• Scripting and automation (Python, Bash, Ansible, Perl).
• Network documentation using Microsoft Visio or Dia.
