Contribution and key responsibilities:
Prepares business requirements for new or existing digital products and services – web and mobile applications
Participates in improvement and further development of current digital products in order to keep them attractive and up-to-date for clients
Performs QA testing of newly developed products, services and functionalities – web and mobile applications. Keeps track on open issues in Jira (New Projects, Support Issues, Bug Fixing Issues and Tuning Issues)
Monitors digital trends
Processes analyzing and optimization
Participates in workshops and brainstorming sessions related to active projects
Collaborates closely with other teams and stakeholders
For efficiency and effective role performance:
Bachelor's Degree – Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology
Professional experience – at least 1 year in a financial institution or technology company
Proficient in MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Communicative and adaptive
Fluent English
Team player
