For our trusted client, we are looking for Spare Parts Manager.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Spare Parts Manager to join our After-Sales team and oversee all spare parts operations.

The role combines operational involvement and team leadership, ensuring efficient processes, optimal parts availability, accurate reporting, and strong dealer support.

Responsibilities:

•    Manage end-to-end spare parts operations: planning, ordering, invoicing, inventory control, and distribution
•    Ensure parts availability and optimize stock levels across the dealer network
•    Coordinate logistics activities and warehouse operations
•    Monitor suppliers’ performance, KPIs, claims and costs
•    Analyze demand forecasts and stock aging
•    Prepare and maintain operational reports and KPI dashboards
•    Oversee invoicing, credit notes, billing corrections, and related administrative activities
•    Support dealers with ordering processes and availability issues
•    Work with ERP/DMS systems and contribute to process improvement initiatives
•    Maintain high data accuracy within parts management systems
•    Lead, coordinate and support the spare parts team

Requirements:

•    University degree
•    Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive spare parts management
•    Strong understanding of end-to-end spare parts operations
•    Experience with ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills
•    Good command of English
•    Strong analytical and organizational skills
•    Proactive and team-oriented mindset
•    Excellent communication skills
