For our trusted client, we are looking for Quality Manager.

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Quality Manager for a manufacturing environment specializing in electronic components and systems for industrial customers with high quality requirements.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that quality, efficiency, and delivery performance are consistently maintained and improved across production processes, while supporting a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.

Responsibilities:

•    Own and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with relevant international standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949 or equivalent).
•    Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures, documentation, and records.
•    Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production and quality processes.
•    Lead customer and certification audits and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
•    Collaborate closely with Production to ensure stable processes and minimize scrap and customer non-conformities.
•    Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities using structured methodologies (e.g. 8D).
•    Lead, train, and develop quality engineers, specialists, and inspectors.
•    Support cross-functional teams in product design, pre-production, and production approval processes.

Requirements:

•    Proven experience in Quality Management Systems within a manufacturing environment.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    University degree in a technical field.
•    Very good command of English (written and spoken).
•    Experience with IATF 16949 is an advantage.
•    Experience in electronics manufacturing is an advantage.
