On their behalf, we are looking for an ambitious and technically oriented professional for the role of:
Junior IT Support
Key responsibilities:
Troubleshoot IT issues according to Standard Operating Procedures and training.
Handle and manage tickets in the Ticket Management System.
Provide desktop/laptop support.
Handle infrastructure Move/Add/Change (MAC) requests.
Maintain and manage telephone systems, printers, scanners, fax machines, etc.
Provide support for Windows 7/8+, Microsoft Office products, browsers, and third-party applications.
Deploy new equipment, including racking, patching, cabling, labeling, and configuration.
Collaborate with 1st and 3rd line support teams, as well as external vendors.
- Escalate requests in line with established support processes.
Main requirements:
- Passion for technology and problem-solving.
- No prior work experience required.
- Basic IT knowledge (academic or personal/hobby-based).
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Good command of English.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Good communication skills and a calm, professional attitude.
- Punctuality and a responsible mindset.
