E-commerce Manager - US

Your Role

As our E-commerce Manager - US, you own and grow us.shelly.com — our Shopify Plus storefront for the US, Canada, and LatAm markets. You focus on turning traffic into revenue by improving the on-site experience, optimizing conversion across the funnel, and making sure Shelly products are presented, merchandised, and sold in the smartest possible way.

What makes you a great fit:

• You have 4+ years of experience managing e-commerce stores, with at least 2+ years on Shopify Plus
• You have hands-on experience with the US market, ideally within consumer electronics, smart home, IoT, home improvement, or building technology products
• You know how to improve conversion rates through structured testing, clear hypotheses, and data-backed decisions — not guesswork
• You understand the full e-commerce funnel, from landing pages and product detail pages to cart, checkout, and post-purchase experience
• You have solid experience with Shopify apps, third-party tools, integrations, and the trade-offs between capability, cost, and site performance
• You are comfortable working with operational e-commerce topics such as inventory integrations, fulfillment workflows, tax setup, shipping logic, and payment providers
• You use GA4, Shopify Analytics, spreadsheets, and session replay tools to understand customer behavior and spot opportunities
• You understand how consumer marketing, messaging, and performance metrics can differ across international markets
• You communicate clearly and work well with developers, designers, marketing, operations, and leadership teams
• You are self-directed, organized, and comfortable working from our Sofia headquarters while collaborating daily with US-based experts
• You have working knowledge of tools such as Klaviyo, Elevar, Klar, or other Shopify-native apps in the lifecycle, support, analytics, and reviews stack
• You bring exposure to B2B e-commerce on Shopify Plus, or you are excited to build your knowledge in this area

Your Responsibilities

• You own the us.shelly.com roadmap and prioritize storefront initiatives based on revenue impact, user friction, and strategic fit
• You manage the e-commerce tech stack and evaluate, onboard, and rationalize Shopify apps, third-party tools, and integrations
• You lead the CRO and funnel optimization program, including hypothesis design, A/B testing, PDP improvements, checkout optimization, and documentation of wins and learnings
• You oversee product catalog and merchandising, including collections, variants, badging, navigation, product presentation, and on-site search relevance
• You drive improvements across product detail pages, category pages, landing pages, and key customer journeys
• You manage operational integrations across ERP, inventory sync, fulfillment, shipping rates, tax setup, and payment providers
• You monitor site performance, page speed, and Core Web Vitals, and work with developers to keep the storefront fast, stable, and easy to use
• You analyze funnel and behavior data in GA4, Shopify Analytics, Klar, session replay tools, and other reporting platforms
• You spot bottlenecks, translate data into clear actions, and turn insights into measurable improvements
• You coordinate launches with the US marketing team, including product drops, promotions, campaign landing pages, and seasonal moments
• You collaborate closely with our dev and design teams to prioritize what gets built on the theme and what creates the biggest business impact
• You work with the global e-commerce team to align priorities, share what works, and support consistent growth across markets
• You report results clearly to leadership, connect actions to outcomes, and recommend smart next moves
