End User Computing Lead
About the role:
The Technology and Cyber team is looking for an experienced End User Computing Lead to take ownership of the digital workplace experience across the organization.
This is a key leadership role for someone who can balance user experience, security, and operational efficiency, while managing a skilled technical team and shaping the future of modern workplace services.
Main Responsibilities:
Define and drive the EUC strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with business goals
Own and manage digital workplace platforms (Windows, macOS, mobile, and virtual environments)
Ensure secure, reliable, and standardized end-user solutions
Manage endpoint tools and platforms such as Intune, JAMF, and related technologies
Improve patching processes and application lifecycle management
Develop hardware strategy and device standards
Collaborate closely with Cyber Security teams to align with modern frameworks (e.g. Zero Trust)
Drive automation and self-service solutions, including ServiceNow integrations
Work cross-functionally with Infrastructure, Service Desk, and other IT teams
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing EUC team
Main Requirements:
Must-have
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (core and essential)
Solid expertise in endpoint management, including Entra ID, Active Directory, and Windows environments
Proven experience with large-scale deployments (e.g. OS and software rollouts to thousands of devices)
Experience managing multi-OS environments, including Windows and macOS (via JAMF), as well as mobile devices
Previous people management / leadership experience (this is a team lead role, not an individual contributor position)
Required
Proven experience leading End User Computing / Digital Workplace services
Experience defining service ownership, roadmaps, and operating models
Ability to balance user experience, security, and system stability
Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience in cloud-first or hybrid environments
Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and compliance frameworks
Experience in automation and process optimization
Nice to have
Certifications such as ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, Azure (AZ-900, AZ-104), Endpoint Administrator (MD-102), JAMF
