Drive corporate learning innovation with a distinguished French company that specializes in designing, organizing, and managing training programs for international corporations, primarily in the insurance, pharmaceutical, and automotive industries.

As their business is expanding, they are now looking for motivated professionals to help them organize, administer and coordinate the whole training process.

As an Administrative Coordinator (Training Coordinator), your responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with training providers, funding organizations, employees, and HR managers of key accounts to obtain complete information (via email and online meetings)
• Collecting registration confirmations, formal documents, invoices, and attendance sheets
• Completing training files, reports, and satisfaction surveys
• Conducting regular research on training programs
• Ensuring an organized, efficient, and structured work process

What skills are needed :

• Fluency in French. Good level of written and verbal communication in English.
• High computer literacy; proficient with Office 365, especially with Excel.
• Customer service experience will be an advantage.
• Fast learner with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Dynamic, innovative, and target-driven with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize.
