Job Purpose
We are looking for a Sales & Reporting Analyst to prepare reports, analyze data, and support business teams. You will help improve processes, ensure data is accurate, and provide insights to support decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and share regular reports using BI tools (Power BI, Power Query, Alteryx) and Excel.
Create reports and analysis on request from colleagues.
Support projects, system updates, and process improvements.
Help with commercial reporting for month-end, forecasts, budgets, and weekly/daily updates.
Suggest ways to make reporting and processes simpler and more effective.
Check data quality and give feedback to improve reporting systems.
Work in a flexible, Agile environment and respond quickly to changes.
Build good relationships with colleagues in Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, IT, and Data teams.
Use BI tools and Excel to analyze data and show it clearly.
Understand the business processes, field sales, and reporting needs of your team.
Requirements:
Degree in Business, Finance, or Information Systems.
3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a multinational or shared services environment.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, etc.) and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Alteryx).
Good understanding of data and reporting processes.
Basic knowledge of financial systems and commercial processes.
Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
Good communication skills and customer-focused approach.
English – advanced; Spanish/German/French – intermediate to advanced.
