Senior Azure Infrastructure Administrator

Today, Huvepharma® is active in more than 100 countries, with production facilities spanning the globe: two production sites in France, three production facilities for biotechnology and vaccines in Bulgaria, and six sites in the USA for vaccines and veterinary medicines.

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Azure Infrastructure Administrator to support, secure, and further develop our Azure cloud environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance across all infrastructure components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and continuously optimize Azure production environments to ensure high reliability, performance, and availability.

• Monitor and enhance the security posture of existing and future Azure environments.

• Evaluate, plan, and automate scaling and capacity management within Azure.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, connectivity, security, and availability in Azure environments.

• Design, implement, and deploy new Azure cloud environments.

• Support the full lifecycle management of Azure infrastructure components across multiple environments.

• Implement configuration changes based on security assessments, internal policies, and compliance requirements.

• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to integrate Azure infrastructure components into operational processes and procedures.

• Collaborate actively with security teams on risk mitigation, operational hardening, and continuous improvement initiatives.
   

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Successfully completed degree in IT, Telecommunications, or comparable education.

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience supporting applications and infrastructure in Microsoft Azure environments.

• Knowledge of AWS, Azure DevOps and Terraform..

• Strong experience in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining Microsoft Azure infrastructure.

• Very good knowledge of Backup, Restore, Recovery, and High Availability strategies for Azure environments.

• Solid understanding of Azure security services and concepts, including: Microsoft Sentinel, Defender for Cloud, Azure RBAC, Azure Policy, Blueprints / Landing Zones, Azure Firewall, Network Security Groups (NSGs)

• Proven experience analyzing, debugging, and troubleshooting issues using logs and telemetry from: Azure Application Insights, Azure API Management, Azure Log Analytics

• Good understanding of the ITIL framework.

• AZ‑104: Microsoft Azure Administrator certification.
